Other Hawaii Island Amateur Radio activities:

The next meeting of the Big Island Amateur Radio Club will be held via the ZOOM protocol on Saturday, 12 March 2022. The BIARC Board of Directors will meet at 1200 HST, while the membership meeting is set for 1400 HST.

The Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) needs licensed Ham Radio Operators to participate in the April 16th Kawailani ‘Ino Hawaii statewide voice and digital Emergency Communications Exercise.  The drill is for training and emergency preparedness.  This exercise will simulate a 4-day period of catastrophic rain and wind covering the entire Hawaiian Islands with loss of power, internet, and cell towers.  Sign up today at:  http://www.hawaiiares.net/
