Aloha,

Just a note to make you aware of testing Rick Ching (KH7O) has been
doing with various FM radios and adapters with VARA FM.  He has tested
some HTs and mobile radios with old and new Signalinks, a RA-25, DRA-36,
and DRA-50.  If you are interested, check out his Hawaii repeaters web
site (third column of the front page).

Mahalo to Rick for sharing his testing results.

It has been suggested we hold a ZOOM session for Hawaii hams to discuss
radios and adapters with Rick, and others involved in helping Hawaii go
digital.  Drop me an email if you would be interested in participating
and sharing experiences setting up VARA FM digital stations.
