RSGB launches GOTA2C campaign in partnership with NHS
The RSGB has launched the “Get On The Air To Care” #GOTA2C campaign.
The Radio Society of Great Britain, working in partnership with the NHS, is launching a new campaign called “Get on the air to care” to support the emotional health and wellbeing of 75,000 licensed UK radio amateurs – just some of the 3,000,000 worldwide

Friedrichshafen Ham Radio 2020 cancelled
The organizers of the largest amateur radio event in Europe have announced that Friedrichshafen Ham Radio 2020 planned for June 26-28 has been cancelled

Remotely Administered Amateur Exam Systems showing promise

Tony’s 10m Band Report
Not a great week but there was some DX about. Sunday conditions however went through the roof, so much so that to fit the report in the space available I had to raise the bar to 5 or more reported contacts to get into the list

Voskhod – a short film about ham radio
DUST is a YouTube channel that has science fiction short films content.
At the beginning of April, DUST presented a short film, whose theme addresses amateur radio, entitled Voskhod (Sunrise)

Radio Emma Toc World Service‘ is a 30 minute monthly programme looking at the magic of radio and the story of 2MT, presented by Jim Salmon 2E0RMI

Holyland Contest 2020
Friday 17 of April – Saturday 18 of April 2020 starting on 21.00 UTC – 21.00 UTC
The aim is to promote contacts between Radio Amateurs around the globe and Israeli Hams and to aid Amateurs to achieve the ‘Holyland Award’ and other Israeli awards.
