February 25, 2020 04:38 PM – ARRL -The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla Amateur Radio Society (SKNAARSreports continued interference to St. Kitts radio amateurs from so-called power company “smart meters.” SKNAARS, an IARU member-society, took its complaint to the national telecommunications regulator last year, and the regulator issued a cease-and-desist order last October 7.

The Puna Emergency Radio Club (PERC) needs volunteers to provide communications support for the Hilo Marathon on Sunday, 15 March 2020.  PERC also is looking for a ham with a vehicle equipped with a mobile radio to serve as “runner” between aid stations.  For details, contact Bob Gomez (KB6EGA) at bbg691@yahoo.com.
