Hawaii Island Amateur/Ham Radio News:
Each year, the Puna Emergency Radio Club coordinates communications between aid stations for the annual Hilo Marathon. This year, the 26.2 mile run will be held on Sunday, 15 March 2020. PERC needs volunteers to help with communications support. Also, PERC is looking for a ham with a vehicle equipped with a mobile radio to serve as “runner” between aid stations.
