Proposed FCC auction of C-Band increases competition for allocations
In an IARU News Release by Dave Sumner, K1ZZ and posted by Rick Lindquist, WW1ME on November 18 via the ARRL-IARU@groups.arrl.org list he reports that the Plenary session to approve texts to be included in the Final Acts was scheduled to end at noon Thursday, November 21 and delegates at WRC-19 faced a daunting workload as the conferees tried to reach consensus on several remaining issues including the agenda for the next WRC |

Before I go into the details, WSPR is an amateur radio protocol that allows stations to transmit their callsign, location and power level and for receivers around the globe to decode those and upload the results to a central database.
