Next NWS SKYWARN Storm Spotter Training is scheduled for the North side on 30th of October (Wednesday). Class will run from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm at the W. M. Keck Observatory Headquarters in Waimea.

We have limited seating to 19 total, so it’s important that people
signup through eventbrite in case we get too many people and have to
turn some away..(hopefully not)

A notification has been posted on the NWS Hilo Facebook page as well.

Retired on 30 September 2011, but still maintains a Hawaii Island News Blog.
