At the 12 October 2019 BIARC meeting, Tim Bryan (KH6TOB) will brief members on the documentary he did on Puerto Rican ARRL Section Manager Oscar Resto’s (KP4RF) visit to Hawaii.
At the same meeting, Jim Tatar (WH6EMN) will discuss the Health Net he and others are setting up to provide an emergency radio link between most of the hospitals and major medical centers in Hawaii.
Doug Wilson (KH7DQ) will be conducting another free Technician License Class at the Keaau Community Center. The class begins on Thursday, 17 October 2019.
