I’ve met people who cram for an exam, pass their test, get the certificate and hang out their shingle. The retained knowledge is spotty and vigorously defended as the final word on the topic

Changes to VK Licence Conditions
The ACMA Spectrum Licence Policy Section has implemented an amendment to the licence conditions for VK amateurs. This came into effect on 21 September and varies all 3 licence classes
