Hawaii Island Amateur/Ham Radio notes:

The Original Big Island of Hawaii International Swap Meet and Ham Fest is coming to the Waimea Community Center on Saturday, 02 February 2019.  The event will run between 0930 HST and 1400 HST.  The venue includes vendor sales, a swap meet of electrical and ham radio equipment, an EMCOMM Forum, discussion groups, and a VE testing session for new and upgrade Amateur Radio Licenses.  Contact Steve Milner (WH6N) for details (wh6n@arrl.net).

The Big Island Amateur Radio Club will hold its annual Christmas dinner on 08 December 2018 at the Keaau Community Center, beginning at 1400 HST.  The club will provide the ham and turkey.  The rest of the dinner will be potluck.
