The Big Island Amateur Radio Club (BIARC) will participate in the 2018 ARRL Field Day Emergency Communications Exercise on 23-24 June 2018 at Hilo’s Reed’s Bay Hotel. The event is free and open to the public.
Jim Sugg (AH6AE) needs a patient “ham radio operator to demo how ham radio works at (the) upcoming emergency preparedness fair in Waimea…on Saturday, August 25, from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.” The event will be held at the Mana Christian Ohana Hall near the Kahilu Theatre.
