Free classes to prep students for the Amateur Radio Technician’s License are now underway at the West Hawaii Civic Center in Kona. VE testing is set for 26 April 2018. The next class is set for 03 May 2018 at the HOVE Community Center in Ocean View, with the VE monitored exam scheduled for 07 June 2018. The final Technician License prep class for this year will be held at the Keaau Community Center in Keaau, beginning on 01 November 2018. The VE administered exam is set for 13 December 2018. A test fee of $15 in exact change will be collected at the time of each exam. For more information, please contact Doug Wilson (KH7DQ) at douscelle@aol.com.
