SolderSmoke is one of my favorite amateur radio podcasts from the UK. This program covers a wide range of topics, stretching from DXpeditions to common work bench problems.  The program is comfortable, laid back, and conversational.

Here are the topics discussed in episode 202 of “SolderSmoke”:

• On the Cover of the Rolling Stone or On the Cover of SPRAT magazine.
• Travelogue and Weather Report
— Bill’s trip to the Dominican Republic.  SWL on the beach.  Return to the ice box.
— Dramatic events in California.
— Reading Chinese Sci Fi with lots of radio in it.  “The Three Body Problem” by Cixin Liu
• Straight Key Night
• ER Reading about G3UUR
• Bill’s Bench: Continuing series on the Ceramic Discrete DC receiver. Described the oscillator and the AF amp. Next we will do the Mixer. The most interesting stage
• Pete’s bench uBITX adventures.
• Mailbag
