Forwarded e-mail from Stacy (Darren) Holbrook (KH6OWL), ARRL PIO-Honolulu.
Earlier Saturday, 30 September 2017, I received an e-mail from Stacy (KH6OWL) regarding a Laupahoehoe radio amateur who is serving in the Puerto Rico hurricane relief effort. The original tip came from Lloyd Cabral (KH6LC).
