The Emergency Amateur Radio Club (EARC) held its annual swap meet on Saturday, 22 April 2017, at the Fleet Reserve Association Branch 46 in Honolulu. According to Stacy (KH6OWL), approximately 60 persons attended the event. Thanks to Stacy for the article and the photos.
In Hawaii Island Amateur Radio news, The East Hawaii District Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) and the Puna Emergency Radio Club will host “Radio Day” this coming Saturday, 29 April 2017, at the Eden Roc park and community pavilion. See demonstration of the latest VHF/UHF equipment used in emergency communications, as well as HF radios, digital radios, packet, and other digital technologies.
