Club news:
BIARC president, Bob Schneider (AH6J) says the regular monthly meeting of the Big Island Amateur Radio Club, set for this Saturday (12 November 2016), has been cancelled because of the Big Island Hamfest. The Hamfest will be held on Saturday, 12 November 2016, at the Waimea Park Facility on Kawaihae Road in Kamuela. The event runs from 0900 to 1400 hrs, HST.
The 10 December 2016 BIARC meeting will be a potluck Christmas Party at the Keaau Community Center starting at 1400 hrs, HST. New club officers will be installed at that time.
Please send your newsworthy items to kh6jrm@arrl.net at least two weeks before your event. I will then send them to our local print and electronic media.
