BigIsland.Hawaii.ARRL news update:
This has been a busy weekend for radio amateurs on Hawaii Island, with many contests to enter, an e-mail campaign to our Hawaii Senators about The Amateur Radio Parity Act (now going to the U.S. Senate for review), and the upcoming Big Island Ham Fest.
I just received this request from John Bush regarding the e-mail effort to the U.S. Senate:
“We have been notified that the supporting emails to the Hawaii Senators need to be submitted by the end of this weekend. If you haven’t already submitted your emails yet, please go to the ARRL link below, put in your zip code and follow the rest of the instructions. The one email will go to both senators. It only takes several minutes. So please kokua! Thanks!”
